**Your new role at NewDay**:

- We’re growing our inhouse agency, and we’re now looking for a Senior Copywriter to help us deliver phenomenal work across our range of brands.
- You’ll also be a tone of voice authority, helping us to implement in line with guidelines whilst also be comfortable in crafting tone of voice from scratch, elevating existing guidance where vital.
- There will be opportunities to gain experience across adjacent areas such as UX copy, user testing/research and helping to formulate our copy approach to AI for those who are interested.

**You’ll deliver**:

Delivering excellent copy across brand, customer and performance channels
Handling and updating tone of voice documents in accordance with brand refreshes, audience insights and research
Outstanding creative output, with comprehensive end to end considerations for messaging
Working closely with comms planners to build messaging hierarchies and matrices
Collaborating with designers on ideating concepts that tackle customer problems

**We need knowledge, experience + expertise in**:

Delivering clear, persuasive and engaging copy, fit for channel, brand and audience. Experience of writing copy across the full marketing funnel and reflecting the objectives of different channels in the marketing mix
A creative problem solver
- you’ll work in collaboration with a designer to come up with innovative concepts and bring ideas to life
Knowledge of the legal, regulatory and customer responsibilities a financial services company holds and how that impacts communications
A strong communicator who loves working as part of a team, you’ll be naturally collaborative. You’ll be able to work across multiple projects at once, and communicating progress.

**And would love you to know or learn**:

Performance led messaging optimisation
An understanding of customer research and user testing
A curiosity about tech and AI
