**The Role - Behaviour Mentor
**For this role, I am actively recruiting for a friendly and energetic Behaviour Mentor who is keen to support students who have been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum on a 1:1 or group basis. The role will require you to work closely with students,building a rapport with them by providing academic and emotional support. You will also need to encourage students to take an independent and proactive approach to their learning, preparing them for life outside of the classroom. Due to the needs of the student,the ideal Behaviour Mentor will need to have experience working with children or young people who have been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum and have Complex Needs or challenging behaviour.
**ASD School - Behaviour Mentor
**This thriving ASD school is located in Hillingdon and caters for students aged between 4-19 years of age with Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder. They currently have 210 students who attend the school, with class sizes varyingbetween 8-10 students along with 2 teaching assistants. This SEN school has good transport links and on-site parking available.
