Network Team Leader

Are you a Network Team Leader looking for a new challenge?

The individual is to provide HR & Leadership to a team of circa 10-14 network centric engineers who work on multiple classifications on multiple customer sites. The individual should be focused on service delivery with multiple years’ experience in largerorganisations being beneficial.

The Platform Core Systems are responsible for delivering the underlying network infrastructure and associated services across multiple tiers and classifications for our customer main and satellite sites. The services encompass legacy networking alongsideSoftware Defined Networking.

**What you will be doing**:

- Leadership & Management of the Platform Core Systems team, responsible for the network operations services on our customer sites
- Lead the teams HR requirements around A/L / Sickness / Training / Time booking and Performance as required
- Ensure SLA & OLA targets are maintained in line with performance objectives
- Liaise with senior management around outage and root cause findings where requested to assist
- Provide support to the other Delivered Service Teams where required
- Provide performance metrics to support team development
- Ensure the training requirements for the team are accurate and requested to support the upcoming work and service support
- Implement Continual Service Improvements to ensure the service delivered is constantly improved to better customer experience

**It would be great if you had**:

- High level knowledge Networking and fundamentals
- Able to work within a busy environment delivering multiple work streams on multiple platforms
- Ensure suitable reporting is completed to align resourcing and resource requirements
- Exposure to a multitude of networks both physical and virtual
- Full UK Driving Licence as travel to other sites will be required
- Ability to work to flexible timelines and deliverables
- Must be eligible for DV Clearance
