**Alta Genetics is hiring an entry level **_**Distribution and administration assistant**_ **to join our office in Lancashire. This role will assist with our store operations by coordinating the administrative tasks for customer orders, PO’s for internal and external orders, order amendments, ticket entry for AI and work closely with packing and shipping personnel.**

**Responsibilities**
- Organisation and completion of customer orders according to daily schedules.
- Organise relevant documentation for dispatch.
- Responsible for receipt of stock.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Data entry.
- Provide cover when required and assist with product/stock distribution.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role (Distribution, Administrative, Customer Service, etc.)
- Seniority level: Associate / Bachelor
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- Microsoft Office knowledge; Excel proficiency required.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and ability to work well independently as well as within a team.
- Attention to detail.
