Booking Coordinator

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Booking Coordinator with excellent organisational, time-management, customer service and administrative skills.
This is a home based, part-time role that would suit someone who has previously held a position with some responsibility and where deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy were key.
A varied and challenging role to:
- Provide general administration and clerical support for 9+ Chartered Surveyors.
- Input data accurately and in a timely manner and maintain records efficiently.
- Logging and tracking of new work and customer queries on CRM system
- Maintenance of diary systems including organising appointments for surveyors
- Filing/maintenance of client records.
This exciting role requires:
- An assertive and enthusiastic team player, who is confident and articulate
- Detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced and varied role
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Superior organisation skills, excellent attention to detail and dedication to completing tasks in a timely manner and efficient manner
- Previous experience in a property or surveying related administrative role is preferred.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Flexibility with regards to working hours (essential)
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly Word and Excel
- Must be local to Ormskirk and able to attend team meetings and training days on occasion

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 14 - 18 per week
**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
