Salary : £50k to £55k dependent on experience.

We are working in partnership with our client who are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner, the Finance Business Partner is a critical role to the business that reports into the Head of Finance. The role is pivotal to the business making sound commercialdecisions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provision of commercial insight, supporting decision making in the business
- Supporting the Commercial team on sales and margin financial planning
- Support the Commercial team on the evaluation of new business, pricing strategies and other growth opportunities
- Financial control and governance of customer overrider rebates
- Interpretation and communication of product cost movements
- Continued development of IT tools to inform decision making processes
- Leading and supporting on other company projects
- Crucially, the role holder be an effective communicator who is happy to voice an opinion, with the ability to work in the detail and create clear & concise conclusions for upward communication
- Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA (an exceptional Part-Qualified accountant would be considered)
- Experience of working in a manufacturing company is preferable, but not critical
- Strong modelling skills
