**About the role**
We are looking for a motivated **Data and Administration Coordinator**to join our **Central Services** team in **Bishop's Stortford**. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career within a reputable and growing firm.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work within our Central Services team which provides a central administration service to all our legal teams. This role would be best suited to those that have a high level of attention to detail and enjoy working methodically through tasks using data and systems.
**What this role would include**
- Creating electronic client files and matters ensuring that all client files are input accurately and completely.
- Collating of client documentation and preferences and escalating any issues as appropriate.
- Researching client information to ensure all contact details are current and up-to-date.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as allocated to the Central Services team.

- An administration background with confident communication and IT skills.
- Ability to work in a planned, proactive and organised way maintaining high attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and to proactively build relationships with managers and legal teams.
