HR Assistant - Swansea

TSR Legal are seeking an experienced HR Assistant for a brand-new role based in the Swansea area.

Our client is the largest information security training organisation in the world, providing intensive, technical training designed to impart the skills and techniques necessary for defending systems and networks against the most dangerous threats. Their training is led by world-renowned, expert instructors.

The purpose of the role is to provide full end-to-end support to the HR manager and senior employees within the wider management team.

**Key responsibilities include**:
HR administration, including ensuring that all records are up-to-date in accordance with current procedures
Assisting with pay queries and collating payroll information for submission - including absence data
Recruitment activities across the business, including advertising vacancies and organising interviews
Producing and issuing standard employment contracts - offer letters, changes to terms etc
Successfully managing key internal stakeholder relationships
Playing a key role in implementing new policies and procedures across the team
To assist with the smooth running of all aspects of the business.
Wider administration tasks such as taking minutes and processing invoices

**Person Specification**:
Previous HR & Admin Experience
HR Qualification
MS Excel Intermediate
Experience of using HRIS - end to end functionality
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good Time Management skills
Ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
Team Player
Effective communicator both written & oral
Organised
Excellent Attention to detail
Efficient
Problem-solving skills
Uses Initiative
