**Company Description**
Medical, Pharmaceutical + Healthcare Packaging is a supplier and manufacturer of printed flexible packaging and labels for the Pharmaceutical, Medical, Nutraceutical, Veterinary, Healthcare, and Health & Beauty sectors. They specialize in Sachets, Pouches, Flow Wrap, Top and Base web constructions, including in-line lamination. The company is located in Bredbury and is known for its innovation in 'Reductive Laminates.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Administrator. The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for providing customer support along with general administrative duties.
**Duties to include but are not limited to**
- Providing sales quotes
- Sales order processing
- Answering the telephone, intercom, greet customers
- Liaising with the production team and other departments
- Processing purchase orders
- Assisting other colleagues in the team
- Filing
**Experience & Skills required**
- Experience in Customer Service and Administration
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Microsoft office including, outlook, excel and word
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Desirable with experience within the print industry but not essential.
Salary Negotiable depending on experience.
