An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer service administrator to join a fantastic organisation based in Stockport.
As a customer service administrator, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive service to all staff across both businesses and will be taking responsibility for all the administration functions within the business group.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team in providing a comprehensive service to all staff.
- Act as the key point of contact for all the administration enquires.
- Handle customer complaints and queries.
- Providing information and updating data in relation to our customer base
- Arranging machine services, repairs and deliveries.
- Sending out documents as requested by management team.
- Act as first point of contact for all telephone calls into the department.
- Experience in using a CRM system is highly desirable.
- A strong knowledge of using Microsoft Office.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced customer service role.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent and credible relationships with all customers - both internal and external.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills both verbal and written with a good level of situational sensitivity.
- Able to work under pressure with an attention to detail and deliver quality results.
Immediate start
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
