We are looking for dedicated and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Exeter including areas such as Woodbury. **You can earn up to £18.21 per hour (Bank Holiday nights) including holiday pay.**

Due to the location of the homes and they are not accessible by public transport, you will need to be a driver for this role.

**We’re looking for Support Workers with**:
The passion to put the heart into care and make a difference to the quality of life for the residents you care for. We are looking for you to be reliable, committed and a good team-player with a passion for caring for people. You will be required to have;
- **5-months UK care experience from within the past 3-years**:

- **Moving and handling**:

- **The right to work in the UK**:

- **Experience in working with individuals with Learning Difficulties**

Some of your expected duties as a Support Worker will be;
- **Assisting residents with personal care at times**:

- **Supporting residents with daily tasks and daily living skills**:

- **Encouraging independent activity**:

- **Assisting with meal times**:

- **Getting involved and helping with activities**:

- **Supporting with laundry and cleaning**:

- **Supporting with outings**
