**Hire Desk Administrator** **Office based - Business Address - Greenhill Business Park, Tore, IV6 7AG** **ABOUT US** At Ord Industrial and Commercial Supplies, we pride ourselves in our attention to detail and the quality of our service. Established in 1994, we are a growing family business. We provide industry "standards" like containers, cabins and welfare units, boom and scissor lifts. We are looking for a Full-Time Hire Desk Administrator to join our existing team. We are a small, busy team and would expect the individual to assist with a variety of hire desk and administrative tasks as required. Therefore, we need a professional, enthusiastic person who has a strong work ethic. The role is office based, in our office at Tore. You will be required to work full-time, 8am - 5.15pm, Monday to Friday. Pay will be dependent on experience. **WHAT WE NEED** - Previous experience working in a busy office with previous Hire desk experience advantageous. - Previous experience posting purchase invoices advantageous. - Take pride in your work, working to a high standard - Be methodical and organised - Work well within a team - Ability to use own initiative to prioritise workload - Be honest, discreet and trustworthy when dealing with confidential information - Work well under pressure/meeting deadlines **WHAT YOU’LL DO** At Ord, every day is fast-paced and different.
