**Timetable Administrator**

Work from home, occasional onsite London meetings

You will be working with the academic team to ensure the cover is organised efficiently and within a timely manner, action approval of timesheets in accordance with scheduling system and supporting the scheduling team with importing the student timetablesinto the system and also confirming schedules with our teaching staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

Accurate recording and continuous monitoring of cover requirements and ensuring all is actioned. Making sure cover is carried out with both operational efficiency and lecturer consistency from a student perspective.

Reporting on cover requirements and highlighting any areas where further academic resource is required.

Working with deadlines and accuracy with approval of timesheets on a monthly basis.

Assisting the team with inputting timetables with an eye for detail and working to deadlines.

Continual communication with freelance lecturers regarding their availability and confirmation of teaching allocation.

Assisting with ad-hoc enquires that come into the team.

Timetable management throughout each semester.

**Experience/ Skills**

Working within a planning environment

Experience of multi-tasking and working within an evolving environment.

Experience of managing and prioritising complex workloads with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
