**About us**:
UCL is London’s Global University and ranked 9th in the world (QS World University Rankings 2025). A new Institutional Strategy is underpinned by 6 key enablers all of which require good data management and reporting (operational and strategic). SRS Student Operations is responsible for the student record - its management and quality - as well as the principal functions supporting the student lifecycle (e.g., exams, timetabling, curriculum information). The division is also responsible for student statutory reporting to external stakeholders (e.g., HESA, OfS, GMC). There is a close working relationship between SRS Student Operations and SRS Education Services as well as with the Office of the Vice-Provost (Education & Student Experience). Timetabling Services is responsible for the planning of the academic timetable process and allocation of centrally bookable space across 11 faculties (300,000+ hours of teaching each academic year).
**About the role**:
The Timetabling Coordinator role sits within Timetabling Services (SRS Student Operations) and will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination and supervision of timetabling processes for a designated faculty.
The role holder will work with the Timetabling Services Managers and Head of Timetabling Services to make recommendations as a result of data collection and analysis, and implement solutions.
