**Purchase to Pay Advisor (FTC 12 months) -Bury St Edmunds, **Hybrid working (50% office and 50% working from home/agile)**

**Role Purpose**:
To ensure queries relating to payments and invoices from suppliers and colleagues are responded to in a timely manner providing a high level of customer service at all times.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Build excellent customer relationships with all levels of the business and suppliers
- Oversee the company's processes (orders, invoices, payments)
- Find if/where the process has failed and help to identify the necessary steps to prevent future failings
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Ad hoc tasks as requested

**Person Specification**:

- Work well under pressure
- Meet deadlines and performance targets
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be able to influence

- Demonstrate core company values and behaviours
- Proactive

**Technical/Professional**:

- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot, Vlookup, etc.)
- Knowledge of at least one ERP system preferred
- Accounts Payable experience preferred but not essential
- Experience of working in a medium/large company preferred
