**What You'll Do as Head of People**:
**Strategic Advisor**:

- Spearhead organisational design activities and craft tailored people change initiatives.
- Partner closely with HR Centres of Excellence to implement talent, L&D, and reward solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients, enhancing engagement and retention through coordinated people strategies.

**Data-Driven Insights Leader**:

- Monitor key metrics such as labour costs, employee relations, and talent retention.
- Evaluate people development initiatives and generate insightful reports for senior leadership.

**Change Agent**:

- Lead alignment during transitions and ensure timely execution of people processes.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the business unit, encouraging adaptability and growth.

**Trusted Coach**:

- Serve as a vital member of the HR team, fostering connections that empower a high-performance culture.
- Provide expertise and guidance in overseeing HR cyclical activities, ensuring effective performance and talent management.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A proven leader with a strong record in driving HR strategy in fast-paced environments.
- Happy to coach and mentor their team
- Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner—reward, employee relations, talent management, and more
- A commercial mindset with the ability to deliver structured human capital solutions.
- Exceptional project management skills, with experience in large-scale mobilations and TUPE regulations.
- Strong influencing and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at every level.
- A desire for continuous learning and growth, supported by a degree and CIPD qualification.
