A permanent, full time Influencer Marketing Executive role in Stoke-on-Trent;
- Offering between £24,000 - £26,000 per annum plus hybrid working.

**About Our Client**:
Our client is an award-winning distributor of homewares, who have been in operation for over 30 years. They are looking for an experienced Content Writer to join their expanding marketing team at the head office in Staffordshire.

The key responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to;
- Recruit new influencers on to the influencer database ensuring their profile is consistent with brand targets
- Engage with Influencers - Negotiate activity, pricing and KPIs with new and existing influencers and their agents
- Track Influencer team success on key social media channels, primarily focussed on Instagram and Tik Tok
- Develop and maintain relationships with individual influencers and agents
- Generate monthly reports on activity performance to agreed KPIs
- Create briefs that align with brand campaigns, new product launches and seasonal events
- Review and approve influencer content prior to posting to ensure that the campaign deliverables are met
- Track influencer activity to ensure that individual agreements are carried out
- Report on trends and target competitor activity
- Analyse and monitor influencer campaign performance, making recommendations based on performance insights
- Be prepared to act swiftly to market and social media trends
- Ensure that all influencer activity is tracked within the influencer CRM platform

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Working as a Marketing Executive of similar role ideally with minimum 12 months experience
- Detailed understanding of digital marketing channels specifically managing social media platforms / influencer marketing
- Understanding of brand management
- Ideally experienced in influencer marketing and influencer outreach. Experience of running Influencer campaigns
- Ideally experienced in managed marketing agencies/ 3rd party marketing suppliers
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Exceptional time-management and organisation abilities
- Creative thinker
