Position: Helpdesk Administrators
Annual Salary: £18,571 + company pension and 33 days holiday (25 + 8 bank holidays) + opportunities for overtime
Location: Glasgow, G5 0US - role will be based at our clients head office which is in the Gorbals part of Glasgow
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (working 5 days out of 7, shifts between the hours of 7am and 5.30pm)
Our client, a global market leading Facilities Management company, they are actively looking for 10 experienced Helpdesk Administrators to work on a permanent and full time basis within their busy and vibrant Glasgow Head Office, due to a brand new and exciting contract.
All roles are offered on a full time and permanent basis.
All roles will be based at our clients head office in the Gorbals, Glasgow, G5 0US.
All roles are working on a brand new national Facilities contract that our client have with a national client who are in the leisure / hospitality sector and have 67 sites all over the UK.
All roles are working 37.5 hours a week and the shifts will very but will be between the hours of 7.00am-5.30pm, so you may do a week of 7.00am-3.00m and then a week of 9.30am-5.30pm, so they need people who are flexible to do any shifts between 7am-5.30pm.
Role will involve working 5 days over 7, so there will be some weekend shifts but it will not be every weekend.
Job Purpose:
- To answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a professional manner whilst logging and passing on all related faults and enquires
- Monitor and manage new calls with a high focus on response times whilst following the call scripts provided capturing all relevant data to comply with call monitoring guidelines
- Ensure all maintenance jobs are managed within set response times and issues are escalated as per policy and procedure
Skills Required for the roles:
- Must have previous experience working in a helpdesk or call centre
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
- Strong IT skills including being a competent user of PC
- Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-moving environment
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making
- Able to motivate self and others
- Able to conduct general administrative duties
