Area to be covered: Scotland
Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 + 20% bonus

Benefits: £500 car allowance OR company car & full company benefits
The role of the Area Sales Manager - Contract Kitchens will involve:

- Business Development Manager position selling our clients manufactured range of contract kitchens
- All of your time will be focused on selling to national and regional housebuilders, developers and building contractors
- Focusing on schemes around 50-500+ plots upwards
- Targeted to achieve circa £500k 1st year and grow that to £1m in the following years
- Work the prospects and projects to win profitable new sales growth from accurate design specifications, quotations, orders confirmations, agree contractual terms and hand over
- Work closely with the Installations Manager to ensure project sign off and final account payments
- Will be giving barbour ABI lead generation systems
- Attending trade show where needed
- Reporting to Sales Director

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Contract Kitchens with:

- Must have construction sales experience
- However would consider someone from a kitchen showroom / kitchen retailer background
- Open on which construction product you’ve previous dealt with however it would be advantageous to be from the kitchens / KBB
- Ideally knowledge or experience with housebuilders / developers (not essential)
- Must be passionate, driven and hungry about your career
- Must be able to communicate at all levels
- Charismatic, very personable, professional and confident
- IT literate
- Well presented
