Seen as a client’s ambassador within the agency, the strategic digital account manager role is pivotal to the business understanding and providing innovative solutions to a client's challenges, as well as their long term business objectives and goals.

We are looking for an energetic and resourceful person that can grow existing client accounts by identifying opportunities that will enable us to better service our clients in line with their digital ambitions, and to provide true value in everything thatwe deliver.

Working closely with all the LAB teams, our purpose is to continually deliver great ideas, which in turn develops great relationships and therefore great work. You will also work with the business development team to expand the agency’s opportunities witha new and growing client base.

**Key skills and responsibilities**:

- Creation and execution of strategic account plans.
- Fostering long term relationships and contracts with clients for repeated and extended commitments and partnerships.
- Ensure best practice of sales processes are in place and high levels of sales activity are the status quo.
- Pro-actively seek opportunities that fit within our target customer profile using outbound techniques to build relationships with potential clients.
- Work with the team to enable the right level of development in services and technical solutions, supported by a commercial strategy that delivers profitability.
- Creating proposals, pitches and statements of work.
- Continually identify commercial opportunities within key technical platforms.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, innovation, and commercial accountability.
- Work with the LAB Group, existing partners and new partners to build partnerships set for growth.

**Success will be**:

- Client growth, and exceeding growth targets.
- Very high retention levels of all clients.
- Excellent feedback from clients including ratings, quotes and references, when required.
- Understand our services, platforms and processes, in order to consult with confidence.
- Building a strong pipeline for the business to achieve its quarterly new and existing business targets
