Are you passionate about connecting with communities through their influencers?

We’re looking for a strategist with hands on experience connecting creators and brands to help define a role for influencer across several different audiences.
Core Responsibilities
- Define the Creator Strategies for upcoming global campaigns, including global partnerships, and recommendations for local market execution.
- Collaborate with teams across The LEGO Agency and The LEGO Group to implement global creator campaigns.
- Help build our creator database, identifying upcoming talent across audiences and passions.
- Act as a custodian of Influencer as a channel throughout the business and with key collaborators.
- Drive our Creative Effectiveness strategy within the Influencer field.
- Brief external partners to complete global influencer projects on our behalf.

This role sits in The LEGO Group’s internal agency, and is one of the representatives for Influencer as a channel in the LEGO Group. It will work across several projects, where the role for Influencer may be key, or may be small and therefore output can vary between very light consultation to protect the channel, to significant global strategies.

Do you have what it takes?
- 2-4 years experience in influencer marketing, or social media marketing (with an interest in influencer)
- Experience planning and implementing campaigns across multiple markets
- A knowledge of talent and influencer contract must haves, as well as
- Advertising Disclosure Standards in multiple markets.
- Experience using Influencer Management/Database Tools
- Able to manage multiple projects, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Passion for measurement and effectiveness.
