At Workday, we help the world’s largest organizations adapt to what’s next by bringing finance, HR, and planning into a single enterprise cloud. We work hard, and we’re serious about what we do. But we like to have fun, too. We put people first, celebrate diversity, drive innovation, and do good in the communities where we live and work.

**About the Team**
This Workmate plays a pivotal role in guiding Workday’s international product strategies as we grow to become a $10B company. - Partner with internal cross-functional teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, Services, Localisation, Product Strategists, Product Management, and Technology to gather, document, and champion country
- and region-specific market and feature requirements.
- Identify, assess, and quantify industry market opportunities, appropriately prioritise, and develop business cases for selected strategies.
- Together with product strategists and architects, be responsible for identifying, devising and communicating a comprehensive strategy for product globalisation in your region.
- Partner with product managers and strategists to report project and program statuses to key stakeholders in your region.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure Workday’s globalisation processes are best-in-class.
- You will work closely with peers and stakeholders across the EMEA region (primarily in France, Germany, and the United Kingdom) and some travel will be necessary.

**About You**
