**Job Description**:
This role offers the opportunity to help shape the direction of some iconic global brands in developing and executing innovative social and influencer communications strategies to build brand equity and increase sales.
You’ll be joining an already award winning Influencer and Social team which has an amazing client list of global brands like Nintendo, Puma COTY and Subway. Its also a team that has lots to say about moving the industry forward and a big commitment to DE&I.
It is a demanding yet rewarding role suited to an experienced social media strategist, social focused planner and/or influencer marketing expert. We are looking for someone with the drive to take on significant responsibility. They will be pivotal to the development and execution of global and local integrated digital projects.
Responsible for strategic direction and tactical advice on digital and social media centric public relations, influencer relations, content strategy and communications programmes, as well as providing excellent project management and client service to our key clients.
With support from the Managing Partner, Social and Influencer, you will have the opportunity to really own accounts, taking full ownership of the process from strategic development to final delivery. You will also work closely with wider account teams (across Corporate, Employee, and Consumer sectors) in developing best in class strategic and creative campaigns while also being responsible for the management of the digital and account teams to ensure that work is delivered to standard and to deadline.
You will help the Managing Partner, Social and Influencer and your peers to upskill more junior teams to ensure they grow into skilled digital consultants, through knowledge sharing, internal training, identifying external training requirements, mentoring and line management,
Other key responsibilities include generating new business, provide smart social an influencer counsel on integrated pitches, the development of strategic tools and materials, financial scoping and monitoring, liaison with a wide range of client and agency stakeholders and local market teams.
