Project Office Administrator - Wimborne - 18 month FTC - £Competitive
A Project Office Administrator is required for our client based in Wimborne to join the busy and growing team. The main aspect of this role is to provide day to day support to the Project Managers and consultants by overseeing the activity and ensuring a successful outcome for the project. You will be responsible for scheduling tasks, arranging meetings for the project managers and ensure a first class service is provided to all stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide support for the Project Managers with general ad hoc duties when required
- Schedule tasks, risks and progress management and liaise with stakeholders regarding these matters
- Arrange meetings for the Project Managers and ensure the actions are allocated and followed up after the meetings
- Provide a first class level of services whilst dealing with the stakeholders and ensure they are all met and treated with efficiently and in an appropriate manner
- Make sure the standards and values of the business are met on a daily basis and that all relevant legislation, policies and procedures are adhered too
Key skills:
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under own initiative and self-motived to achieve
- Good attention to detail and excellent organisation
- Experience using CRM systems would be desirable but not essential
- Experience of project work would be an advantage
This is a 18 month full time contract with the possibility of a permanent position after. The role is on a hybrid based working pattern with the option of remote working as well.
