**The role**

We are currently looking for a Product Manager to help support the work of the product team. This is a really exciting time to join the business as we go through our biggest transformation in our 185 year history. IT is at the heart of this transformationand this role will be managing the lifecycle of both our existing IT products and services as well as any new ones that come into play.

You will be addressing market opportunities and customer/ user needs to try and provide the greatest value for money for the business. You will be defining the departmental digital roadmap and capture the needs for digital products. The role will also writinguser stories for new product features and future enhancements as well as prioritising upgrades and enhancements to deliver the most effective user experience.

**This is a home based role with occasional travel to Dover**

???????**The Person**

Key skills that we are looking for include:

- Strong experience as a business analyst
- Previous experience of managing multiple digital products in a large organisation
- The ability to manage user expectations and understand their needs to provide product solutions to key business priorities
- Experience of rapidly testing and measuring success of UX changes
- A demonstrable understanding of scaled agile and scrum software development methodologies
- The ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines.
