By joining our team you’ll feel supported and rewarded every day.The RoleBy joining our team you’ll:Define and own the product vision and strategy setting a clear long‑term direction aligned with our company goalsLead, manage and develop a team of Area Product Owners coaching and supporting them to deliver excellence in product managementOwn the highest‑level backlog making the final prioritisation and trade‑off decisions across multiple requirement areasSet track and communicate product KPIs ensuring clarity on what success looks like and accountability for achieving it togetherPartner closely with the Product Director and Executive team connecting product strategy to overall business outcomesRepresent Holiday Extras externally engaging with key customers, strategic partners and industry stakeholdersBe accountable for product growth and KPIs ensuring our products continually evolve to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional business resultsShape and scale product leadership at Holiday Extras influencing not only what we build but how we build itExpect a collaborative fast‑paced environment where autonomy, experimentation and customer focus are at the heart of everything we doRequirementsWhat you can bring to our team:Significant experience in product management with proven success leading at scaleDemonstrated experience owning strategy and outcomes for complex products spanning multiple teamsStrong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing senior product leadersA track record of defining and measuring success through actionable data‑driven KPIs that connect customer value to business growthStrong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and technical enablersExcellent at building relationships and managing stakeholders at executive and external partner levelsSkilled in portfolio and product alignment connecting strategy to business outcomesAbility to balance long‑term strategic direction with short‑term operational deliveryDeep expertise in product strategy lifecycle management and scaling practicesExperience building scalable processes, platforms and teams for business growthComfortable navigating ambiguity supporting your team through it and ensuring delivery momentumEveryone's career path is individual and different so this is just a guide.
