An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Owner - Digital Platforms to join a manufacturing company who specialise in the manufacture of electrical test equipment and measuring instruments, with HQ based in the UK.
Due to continued growth this brand new position of Product Owner - Digital Platforms will research and determine the needs of the product area and specifiy the ideal technical products/ solutions within the Customer Experience programs to meet those needs.You will own the approved products/solutions from inception to implementation and define processes and procedures to ensure their long-term success.
This a fully remote based role and can be based anywhere in the world. The team is mainly spilt across the UK and US.
Key skills and experience required for Product Owner - Digital Platforms:
Experience of implementation of digital platforms to enhance the customer experience
Relevant experience in setting up processes and procedures for digital platforms
Experience of market research, producing roadmaps, comparing products etc.
Commercially aware and innovative thinker to enhance the customer experience
Background in project management and product development delivering data driven solutions
