We have an excellent opportunity for Account Coordinator to join our team in Coventry.

We’re looking for someone with drive, commitment and professionalism to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

- Staff Engagement, interaction and support.
- Assessments & Induction for new hires
- Managing attendance and dealing with any issues arising
- Developing the existing pool of staff to support productivity onsite
- Dealing with the escalation of disciplinary matters
- Supporting site Account Manager with collation of data for review meetings
- Developing a strong working relationship at all levels

Must have strong administration skills including the use of Microsoft packages such as Excel and be capable of remaining calm whilst working in a high pressure environment

This is a permanent position with long term career progression.
