At gee, we’re more than a luxury hair extension brand - we’re a growing beauty company dedicated to helping women feel confident and beautiful. Based just outside Manchester in Cheadle Hulme, we’re looking for a detail-oriented **Inventory and Fulfillment Associate** to join our team and help deliver the exceptional experience our customers deserve.
**What You'll Do**
As part of our friendly and collaborative team, you’ll manage our eCommerce inventory and ensure customer orders are beautifully prepared and delivered. You’ll play a key role in supporting our operations while staying aligned with our brand values of quality and customer care.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Processing customer orders through Shopify with care and precision.
- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure our best-selling products are always available.
- Performing regular inventory checks and keeping accurate records.
- Packaging orders thoughtfully to ensure a delightful unboxing experience for customers.
- Keeping our workspace tidy and organised to support smooth operations.
- Assisting in refining our inventory management processes.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**What We're Looking For**
- Experience in an eCommerce environment, with **Shopify** experience being essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and friendly communication, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with iMacs and related software.
- A passion for beauty and hair extensions is highly desirable - we’d love someone who understands the excitement behind our products
- Ability to lift and move inventory items as needed.
