Gee Hair is a luxury online hair extension brand renowned for its high-quality products. Located in Cheadle Hulme, just outside of Manchester, our small and friendly team is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.

We are looking to recruit a part-time Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Supervisor to handle customer enquiries, manage complaints, provide product/service information, and oversee order processing and fulfillment to ensure accuracy and uphold quality standards.

Additionally, you will engage with customers via FaceTime, host and participate in social live sessions, showcasing products and providing recommendations.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring alignment with branding.
- Actively engage with followers, influencers, and brand advocates on social media, nurturing relationships and driving brand affinity.
- Provide expert advice on hair extensions, including colour matching and style recommendations.
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Oversee and support staff, and provide assistance with the fulfilment of orders.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Provide guidance to enhance team performance.
- Manage and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a well-organised and structured customer service workflow.
- Facilitate clear and open communication within the team.
- Communicate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms, aligning with brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally, at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident and friendly telephone manner.
- Excellent computer literacy, including iMacs.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Initiative to handle complex scenarios effectively.
- Experience with hair extensions and an understanding of colour matching would be an advantage.
- Passion for hair extensions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
