**Volunteer Welfare Officer Role**

**Role Overview**

As a Volunteer Welfare Officer, you will assist the Club Secretary in overseeing all welfare operations, helping to promote a culture of safety and inclusivity. This role is flexible and can be performed remotely, with full training provided.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Club Secretary in implementing welfare policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and promoting safeguarding practices across the club.
- Acting as a point of contact for welfare-related concerns or queries.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborating with club members to create a positive and inclusive environment.

**Requirements**:

- A genuine interest in supporting the welfare of players, staff, and volunteers.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Availability to attend occasional meetings or training sessions (remotely or in person).
- No prior experience necessary—training will be provided.
