**About Us**:
Dazzlers Cleaning Services Limited is a leading provider of cleaning solutions & laundry services, known for our commitment to quality of service and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team and support our growing operations. You will be based at our newly refurbished offices in Barrow upon Soar.
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day to day business operations. The role will be varied, fast paced and at times you will be required to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, organising schedules, supporting various administrative tasks, dealing with stakeholders (internally & externally) as well as being involved in the initial stages of vetting & telephone interviewing potential staff. You will be the backbone of our office, helping to maintain efficiency and organisation.
**Job Schedule**:
- 39 hours per week.
- 8am-5pm (Monday-Thursday).
- 8am-4pm (Friday).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist with the day to day planning of numerous cleaning schedules.
- Assist in the planning & running of our laundry department.
- Maintain contact lists and manage office & equipment supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Whilst office based, on occasion some business travel in the local may be required.
- Handle telephone sales enquiries at the initial stage.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to learn new systems (ClickUp & CleanManager are 2 of the systems we use).
- GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths & English grade C or above.
- Experience using Mac operating systems.
- Experience using ClickUp project management tool (or that ability to learn quickly).
- Proven experience in managing social media channels (Instagram & Facebook).
- Proven experience in general HR process and dealing with staff on a day to day basis.
- Excellent telephone manner & a strong focus on customer care.
