**Job Summary**:
**Commission-Based Pay for the First 3 Months**

We are on the lookout for an energetic Consulting Marketing Associate to market and sell our innovative Industry Value Chains and Operating Model modules within the Retail Fashion and Grocery Industry. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales drive, an understanding of the retail landscape, and the ability to forge lasting relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategize and execute marketing and sales plans specifically designed for the Retail Fashion and Grocery sectors.
- Identify potential clients, understand their unique needs, and propose tailored solutions that address their challenges.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Collaborate with product and consulting teams to prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our modules.
- Negotiate and close deals, focusing on meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Act as a liaison between clients and our product development team to facilitate module enhancements based on client feedback.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience, with a preference for backgrounds in consulting, technology, or the Retail Fashion and Grocery industries.
- In-depth understanding of the retail industry's challenges and opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM and digital marketing tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £1,500.00 per month
