An ambitious construction consultancy which continues to grow across the UK, are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their head office in London, a short distance from Mayfair.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be joining a Quantity Surveying team with a flat structure, meaning direct access and support from the Directors.

**The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role**

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be expected to take on a project and independently carry out pre and post contract services with Director and junior Quantity Surveying support, if necessary.

The Quantity Surveying team work across an array of sectors, and you will be working on industrial, residential, student accommodation, and offices.

**The Associate Quantity Surveyor**
- Pre and Post Cost Management ability
- Minimum of Senior Quantity Surveying experience
- MRICS or hold a RICS accredited degree
- A track record of running projects independently
- Good with people
