**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the official spokesperson for the organization, delivering clear and compelling messages across various media platforms.
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with organizational goals and market trends.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and community members to promote real estate services and facilitate positive relationships.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, press releases, and public statements that accurately reflect organizational values and initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive records of media appearances, public engagements, and communication strategies to evaluate effectiveness and ensure consistency.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in legal research, legal drafting, or law office administration with familiarity in multiple legal disciplines such as estate planning, environmental law, or litigation.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messages tailored to diverse audiences.
- Excellent negotiation skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of real estate processes combined with an understanding of relevant laws including landlord-tenant regulations and tribal laws & regulations.
- Proficiency in using research platforms like LexisNexis and Westlaw for legal updates and industry insights.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with a confident presence in public speaking engagements.
- Legal administrative experience is preferred to support efficient management of communication workflows.
