Our client have an exciting opportunity for an **Operations Manager - E-Commerce **to join the team.

Location: North Manchester

**Salary**: £55k + bonus and share scheme available

**About Us**:
Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce business selling consumables to the hospitality industry throughout the UK but with an especially strong presence and reputation within the Northwest.

They have been operating since 2001 and have been growing steadily during that time. They now employee 100 people and turnover around £12M each year.

Due to their continued growth, they are now looking to expand the team with this board level position with someone with a strong background in an e-commerce focussed business.

**Operations Manager** - Key Responsibilities:

- Working with the senior leadership team to help grow the business
- Working across all business units including sales, marketing, finance, customer service, stock control, warehousing and logistics
- Managing and motivating the team
- Reporting across the various business units for the Board
- Delivering the growth strategy through effective marketing techniques

**Operations Manager** - The Person:

- Experience within e-commerce
- Strong head for numbers
- Effective manager and leader
- Ability to look at processes and procedures and make improvements
- Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence

**Operations Manager** - The Opportunity:
