Internal Communications Manager

The Internal Communications Manager will work with the Senior Brand & PR Manager to establish and deliver an effective internal communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Shape, deliver and measure an effective internal communications strategy
- Launch, manage and measure a range of internal communications channels
- Provide internal communications support to various practice areas and business support functions
- Provide internal communications counsel to senior stakeholders
- Work with the broader BD, marketing and comms team to align internal communications campaigns to business objectives

Key Skills and Experience include:

- Internal Communications experience within a corporate environment is essential
- Experience acting as an internal communications business partner to different business units
- Experience developing and delivering employee engagement campaigns
- Experience using offline and digital IC channels, including SharePoint
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide internal communications counsel to senior stakeholders.
- Strong writing ability, capable of writing across formats.
