**Account Coordinator - Supply Only & Export - (Poole, Dorset)**:

**Job Introduction**

We are looking to engage a highly organised and driven Supply & Export Coordinator to take up this exciting opportunity to take overall responsibility for the management of all aspects of supply only products from the point of receiving an order to closing final account.

**Key responsibilities**

Managing and building relationships with existing customers.

Liaising with existing light gauge framing customers regarding material pricing.

Managing the internal call off procedure for material supply.

Managing internal customer status structure in accordance with the sales strategy.

Managing all export documentation relating to a contract

Assisting in identifying the required sales marketing material.

Attending and contribute to internal monthly sales meeting and deliver agreed actions.

**Qualifications & Experience**

1 year of experience in a similar role in the construction industry, sales or account management.

Must be competent with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Particularly Outlook, Word, Excel).

Excellent communication skills.

An ability to be solution-focused and to successfully manage competing demands.

We want our team to feel comfortable at work and you will see that we all dress smart-casual and this applies to your interview too so don’t worry about wearing a suit (unless you want to).

We will be keen to find out a bit more about your knowledge and whether you are the right person to join us. In some roles we will ask you to complete an assessment to test your skills in action and give us tangible results.
