Based in our Inverness Office you'll be the right-hand support to our Director/Project Manager, playing a pivotal role providing smooth and efficient daily administrative operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to key company initiatives.

**What You'll Do**:

- Efficiently manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and format a range of important documents, reports, and materials, including those related to health and safety and HR.
- Liaise with a diverse range of individuals, from clients and contractors to apprentices and architects.
- Provide essential administrative support that enables the Director to focus on strategic goals.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Administrator.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially formatting
- A knack for learning new software.
- A high level of discretion, professionalism, and a proactive attitude.
