As a Non-Fault Documents Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our non-fault claims handlers in processing and managing non-fault motorcycle claims. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all relevant documents and information are accurately recorded, organized, and easily accessible. You'll work closely with the claims handling team to help streamline the claims process, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Document Management**: Receive, review, and organize incoming documents related to non-fault claims, ensuring that all necessary information is present and accurate.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input data into our claims management system to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records.
- **Communication**: Assist in communication with clients, third parties, and internal team members to gather necessary information and answer queries.
- **File Maintenance**: Keep electronic and physical files organized and accessible for claims handlers, ensuring that documents are easily retrievable.
- **Support Claims Handlers**: Collaborate closely with non-fault claims handlers to provide them with the information and documents they need to process claims efficiently.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular reviews to ensure that all documents and data are accurate and complete, making necessary corrections or updates as needed.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions related to non-fault claims.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
