**Dawson Levy Resourcing**currently have an excellent opportunity for a Project Engineer to join a leading water organisation on a permanent basis in Plymouth.

**Role Overview**:
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Engineer to join the team. Reporting to the Delivery Manager/Project Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of projects alongside the Project Manager and Project Team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
You will work alongside the team to deliver;
- A Safe working site
- Programme compilation/ updates with planners
- Review of designs prior to Construction
- Site checks during Construction
- Procurement of materials
- Liaison with the commercial team
- Client facing site meetings and TEAMS calls
- Compilation of Inspection and Test plans
- Compilation and checking/updating of Project Management Plans
- Compilation and checking/updating of Environmental plans

**Day to day you will;**
- Responsible for the Health & Safety of themselves & others
- Complete site documentation as required
- Innovate, providing suggestions and ideas to the Project Manager / Site Manager for improved delivery
- Identifying changes to the works information and reporting to the Project Manager / Site Manager
- Liaison with Client site teams
- Liaison with sub-contractors and planning Contract work activities

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Relevant engineering qualification, ECS, SSSTS, SMSTS, City & Guilds Confined Space Training, City and Guilds Top Man Confined space training, EUSR (Clean Water Hygiene), Appointed Persons for craneage.
- Any training shortfalls will be provided
- Desire to understand and promote the Company purpose, vision, values and culture
- Trustworthy and ethical approach, exercising discretion where required
- Organised, structured and professional, with a passion for excellence
- Flexibility, resilience and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Commitment to the provision of excellent customer service
- Experience in a fast paced, national and multi-site business
- Self-starter who can prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines
