Client Accounts Acquisitions Advisor

Leaders Romans Group are looking for a new Client Accounts Acquisitions Advisor to join us on a permanent basis based in our busy office in Becket House, Worthing.

**In this Client Accounts Acquisitions Advisor role, day to day you can expect to**:

- To effectively manage and provide support during the acquisition integration of Block Management Client Accounts into the LRG systems.
- Attend regular meetings with integration team and acquired accounts team to obtain information required to facilitate a smooth transition, including due diligence reporting to cover:

- Management fee charge and collection process.
- Lease terms for service charges and budgets have been met and are reflected on the current system.
- Debtors reporting and chasing is being completed.
- What daily processes need to be picked up upon completion i.e. Daily Banking, Fee raising etc.
- Work with line manager to assess the business needs and prepare for future growth by employing new staff in an effective manner.
- Overview/highlight areas where the department can improve and provide productive feedback on how to implement changes to line manager.
- Produce/update a department overview/training document for future growth.
- To support Commercial and Lettings Client Accounts Acquisition where needed.

On a broader note, the ongoing requirement of this role is to build and maintain strong working relationships with branch staff and managers.

Branches are often under pressure to resolve queries quickly and therefore need the support of the Client Accounts team. At the same time, branches need to provide the team with the correct information to reduce re-work and queries.

This is a continual process and one that the person in this role will be key to.

**Working Hours**
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
