Then we could be your new place.. **Job Overview** As part of the Service Desk Support team, you, as a Service Desk Technician will be involved in responding to customers’ requests for support, gathering client information and determining the issue by analysing the symptoms and figuring out the underlying problem.**Based in our offices in Oldbury your duties will include but not be limited to**: - Communicating closely with Account Managers on client issues - Monitoring proactive systems for offline servers and critical issues - Monitoring client backup problems / Resolving client backup solution issues - Troubleshooting Client/Vendor Incidents and requests, identifying root causes - Meeting SLAs and Service Desk targets for quality and performance - Active directory - change passwords, update settings, create and delete users - Variable match day support at West Bromwich Albion FC - Other technical related duties **Why join us?** All training will be given, so you will learn new skills, processes and gain invaluable experiences within new technology and cloud-based systems. You will be someone who is self-motivated, can keep calm under pressure and: **Essential**: - Currently working as a Service Desk Technician or have recently qualified in an NVQ level 3 or equivalent - Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment - Can work in a Team as well as Independently - Are motivated, proactive and show good initiative - Able to priorities tasks - Organised and able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Have good communication skills and is able to communicate at all levels within a friendly and professional capacity. **Desirable**: - Windows Desktop Support - Microsoft Office 365 Support - Microsoft Exchange Server - Ability to deploy Cisco Networking devices and troubleshooting - Active directory - change passwords, update settings, create and delete users **About Us** We are CSCM, based in Oldbury we have been operating since 1995.
