**Salary**:up to £20,500
**Location**:Orion Business Park, Newcastle, NE29 7ST
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (no weekend work)

Based at our office in North Shields, you will be a part of an exciting team with plenty of growth and opportunity.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be part of our Telecoms Division, responsible for providing internal and external customer support and delivering quality customer service to help retain and grow the Radius Connect customer base.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Providing customer service, including interacting with customers, and answering customer enquiries.
- Ensure phone answering takes priority and is answered in line with company guidelines.
- Build and sustain strong relations with new and existing customers.
- Work closely with other teams in the business, such as Sales, Field Service and Accounts.
- Keep up to date on Company product portfolio.
**The experience and skills that we are looking for include**:

- Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience of working with customer accounts and dealing with customer query's is desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Teams, Word, Excel etc.
