**Mobility - Immigration Specialist** **Remote with travel to client’s offices as required (at employee’s cost)** Our client, a leading provider in international relocation services requires an Immigration Specialist to be based onsite with their financial services corporate client as part of their EMEA Mobility Team in London. The primary function of this role is manage internal client immigration projects in close partnership with the Immigration Provider, interpreting requirements and liaising with client internal departments. **Responsibilities include**: - EMEA wide Immigration-related projects (e.g., UK visa switches, impact of COVID rules, entity set-up/wind-down, remote working, business travel, internal immigration policy, etc.) - Vendor management (manage immigration vendor on projects, challenge their advice, review service) - Escalation/complex cases (partner with Mobility team/rest of business to advise on complex cases/resolve escalations) - Operational oversight (oversee/map processes, share management information to ensure controls in place/broaden awareness) - Partner with local HR teams in other EMEA offices - Identify and raise risks along with proposed solutions - Manage communication with key stakeholders and visa holders on key legislative updates - Management of other ad-hoc immigration issues **Experience/skills required**: - Immigration & Mobility experience required - Demonstrable Project Management experience - Ability to manage and design processes - Analytical mind-set and excellent attention to detail - Strong organisational skills, pro-active approach and a "can-do" open-minded attitude - Excellent influencing and change management skills with the ability to present ideas to stakeholders - Self-starter - can work well independently or in a team environment - Demonstrable analytical and process skills - Good judgment - knowing when to escalate an issue combined with a willingness to be flexible - Understand the importance of confidentiality **Employment Type** Full-time **Company** Cartus **About Us** Realogy Holdings Corp.
