Robertson Bell are thrilled to be partnering with this inspiring charitable organisation in their search for a Trainee Finance Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. Working closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner, this brandrole will be responsible for assisting with the management accounts, commentaries to stakeholders of various levels, producing reports and assisting with the overall financial side of the organisation.
The key responsibilities of the Trainee Finance Business Partner are:
- Playing a critical role in month end management accounts and providing commentaries and variances to assist in making sound business decisions
- Working closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner to compile budgets and forecasts to be presented to budget holders
- Producing efficient and effective budget controls around the core operating costs of the organisation
- Being a strong team player and assisting in financial year end and essential financial statement preparations
This Trainee Finance Business Partner position is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to join the charity sector and develop and grow in their career whilst gaining valuable direction and guidance from the Line Manager. - Part-Qualified as an accountancy professional
