**Communications Business Partner - Stakeholder Engagement**

**12 month FTC**

**35 hours per week_
- Based 1-2 days in the office at either Sale Point, Manchester or Stratford London with some travel between offices an 3-4 days working from home.

**Salary**: Circa £48,000 per annum dependant on experience and location**
Are you a politically astute communications professional with experience of stakeholder engagement and reputation management? Do you have experience of developing, coordinating, and delivering effective communications activity and campaigns? If so, thisrole is for you.

Our client is looking for a business partner within their External Affairs team to provide PR and stakeholder engagement support across both Greater Manchester and the Southeast.

Working with the Head of Communications, Northwest, you will support their Northwest subsidiary, to lead the delivery of PR and communications activity. You will be helping members and partners deliver collaborative campaigns and initiatives for GreaterManchester, raising the profile of the partnership and its impact regionally and beyond. You will also be responsible for managing the digital/social channels and produce high quality external content, including the stakeholder newsletter, news stories, releases,developing web content and working with senior stakeholders in the partnership to develop thought leadership activity.

Reporting into their Head of External Affairs, you will also oversee delivery of Group-wide stakeholder communications, including supporting local and national Government engagement, and media and PR activity where necessary. You will be able to identifypolitical and reputational risk, and you will be confident in providing advice and briefings to senior leaders.

ou will have a proven track record of producing clear and effective stakeholder communications across a range of channels. You will also promote best practice and upskill colleagues in stakeholder communications by helping them to self-serve where appropriatethrough templates, how-to guides, and training.

This is a key post within their talented External Affairs team. You will also work closely with their Engagement Communications team and our Brand and Digital team, which make up the other parts of our communications function.

**They are a multi-site organisation, so some roles may require occasional travel between offices, but expenses will be covered.**
