An opportunity has become available to join our Leicester branch as a Digital Marketing Assistant. You will be responsible for the delivery of our online marketing activity, driving engagement across our digital platforms through excellent copywriting and visual communications.

**About the Role**
- Develop and create engaging content for Social Media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and You Tube covering Oadby’s eight group companies
- Create and write copy and scheduling content
- Review campaign performance analytics to improve future campaigns
- Weekly reporting on analytics and develop an understanding of trends
- Create visual digital content using photography and video through editing and creation software (Adobe packages including Photoshop, InDesign and Premier Pro)
- Monitor social sites for engagement and responses
- Undertake market research and competitor analysis

**About You**
- Must have two years’ experience of working within a digital marketing role
- Must have experience of using Adobe software
- Experience of using Premiere Pro video editing software or equivalent would be highly advantageous, however not essential
- Good understanding of SEO and PPC
- Creative mind with a good eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
