Location: Leicester with hybrid working   Salary: £26,000-£35,000pa

We are looking for a someone to join our team to deliver digital communication through a range of online channels.

What you'll do:

  • Create and edit digital assets to be used on digital channels
  • Support our digital campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Support and optimise our web platforms
  • Build, test & deploy marketing emails
  • Drive engagement and lead generation through creative strategies
  • Review performance data to continuously improve results

About you

For this role you will need the following skills and experience: ​

  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Lookerstudio, SEMrush, PowerBi)
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels including Email (DotDigital experience a bonus), social media and Website Management (WordPress experience a bonus)
  • A desire to understand ROI from marketing activity 
  • Knowledge of SEO and PPC marketing Website management with a customer first approach
  • Email marketing, with a capability in personalisation
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with marketing automation 
  • Experience with editing Adobe packages ​ ​
