Marketing Manager
to help take the brand to the next level.

As a Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and driving successful campaigns. From managing a talented team to working closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing, your creativity and leadership will be instrumental in achieving the company goals.

Please be aware this role is office based.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing and implementing fresh marketing ideas and campaigns.
  • Managing a year-long marketing plan that supports the sales strategy.
  • Leading and inspiring a dedicated team of marketing professionals.
  • Taking ownership of the main marketing channels, including website management, social media, and events.
  • Analysing data to assess the success of campaigns and optimise future initiatives.
  • Building strong relationships with external stakeholders, including universities, societies, and local businesses.
  • Conducting market research and using insights to shape the marketing approach.

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media management.
  • Experience in event management and campaign analysis.
  • Passion for understanding and engaging with a student audience.
